Select your payment method: check, credit card or PayPal. These options are outlined in the right column.

When you click submit on the button below, it takes you to the page to select your credit card payment option. If paying by check, just ignore these choices -- we'll set up your ad when the check arrives.

Clicking Submit sends your Business Directory Information and takes you to a page where you can select your payment option.

All information provided in the form will be displayed in your directory listing. If you don't want it displayed, then leave the field blank. The following are exceptions:
* Email -- needed to contact you, then select if it should be displayed
* Payment -- not displayed, just need to know if we should look for the check in the mail.
* Additional comments Use this space if you'd like to include other information that was not covered, or if none of the business categories seem appropriate for you. Provide additional instructions here.
