This demo uses the Channelbrook Homeowner's Association for demonstration -- this is not a real homeowner's association.

• A custom website is built for each participating homeowner's association.
• The home page includes a place for announcements and local weather.
• Parts of the site are password protected, making them visible to residents only.
• Each homeowner's association decides which parts of the site are password protected. The Channelbrook demo site shows a typical setup.
• Each community defines pages for Groups that are important to the community.
• A community can add new page to the website (e.g. HOA issue) at any time. New pages are automatically linked into the navigation.
• Your-Channels includes free classified ads(for residents), MLS of "for sale" properties, and sponsor's information.
